These Terms govern your use of normascope.com, the public Normascope website, and the Normascope Cloud waitlist. Normascope is operated by Yutic, a sole proprietorship of Harsha Attray (“Yutic”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

The waitlist is not Cloud access

Joining the waitlist does not create an account, start a subscription, reserve a place in a queue, grant access, or create any payment obligation. Normascope Cloud is not being sold through the waitlist. Any future Cloud offering will be subject to separate product, subscription, and payment terms presented before purchase.

Acceptable use

You may use the website for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:

• interfere with the website or its security;
• probe, scan, or bypass access controls;
• submit malicious code, abusive traffic, or another person’s information;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship with Yutic; or
• infringe another person’s rights.

We may rate-limit, block, or remove submissions that appear abusive, fraudulent, or automated. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable law.

Website content

The website, examples, scores, demonstrations, and product descriptions are provided for informational purposes. Product plans, features, availability, timelines, and examples may change. Nothing on the waitlist site is a promise that a feature will be delivered or that Cloud will launch by a particular date.

AI and product guidance

Any AI-related description is informational. Normascope does not claim that an AI response is correct, complete, or authoritative. A user must review and decide whether to act on any suggested change. AI guidance does not determine the deterministic visual score or pass/fail result. See the separate AI and Cloud Disclosure.

Intellectual property

The Normascope name, branding, website design, and original website content belong to Yutic or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants a licence to use our trademarks or branding except as necessary to view the website.

The public CLI is distributed separately under the licence shown with that software. These website Terms do not replace the CLI's software licence.

Third-party services and links

The website may link to or use third-party services. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party sites that we do not control.

Availability and disclaimers

We try to keep the website available and accurate, but it may contain errors, interruptions, or maintenance periods. To the extent permitted by law, the website and waitlist are provided without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and termination

We may change or discontinue the public website or waitlist. We may update these Terms by publishing a new version with a new “Last updated” date.

These are website and waitlist terms only. They are not the paid Normascope Cloud subscription terms, refund policy, or service agreement.
